Lake Wilson Preserve is located on Robin Road, Hummingbird Pass and Mockingbird Rd in Davenport Florida. Lake Wilson preserve is a small vacation or residential pool home community with pools and tile roofs. Its to the east of Champions gate and north of Loughman. The homes can be lived in full time or rented out short term. Surprisingly no long term rentals allowed here.
With that said it is one of the nicer rental locations with no amenities. The floor plans and pools are very practical and priced well in a normal market. These homes have a tile roof.
