Lennar has Single family and townhomes also affordable prices. Builder Maranda has Townhomes priced affordably as well. The Luxury homes from Westbay and Biscayne are priced higher but have lower price entry points vs other luxury house areas. Casa Fresca homes is the latest addition.

The pool with waterpark amenities is the best of the best. Its so big I could only fit about 1/3rd of it in my pictures. You can kayak on the Lagoon. It has places to drink and eat, along with a shop. Other Lagoon Homes in Epperson.
The Mirada Lagoon for residents is part of the HOA Fees and charges a separate fee for non residents. Mirada Lagoon, Market at Mirada which has Publix and restaurants. This neighborhood is part of the Tampa Bay Area.
Medley at Mirada 55+ Active Adult Neighborhood
Medley at Mirada is a 55+ Retirement community. Medley at Mirada is gated with its own amenities center. This includes a resort style pool. A gym. Along with clubhouse, bar and food.
