Margaritaville Resort Orlando Guide – Cottages – Sunset Cove and Paradise Cay
Sunset Cove and Paradise Cay are names of the community phases. The First was Sunset Cove and the current is Paradise Cay.
This is not a standard community by any means. Its appeal is very different and one looking at Kissimmee homes for sale would have to ask what the intentions are? Rental Home? Vacation Homes? Vacation and Rental Home?
The Paradise Cay or Sunset Cove cottages can be used as a full time home, or vacation home for weeks out of the year, and then rented. There are several resort approved property management companies that take care of renting your new home.
