I highly recommend Rich Noto for anyone considering a new construction home. The process of buying a new build requires an agent who not only understands the sales transaction but, more importantly, knows the ins and outs of the construction process. Rich was a fantastic advocate throughout my build, especially since I was relocating from Pennsylvania to Florida. While living states away, he made detailed videos of defects found during various inspections, as well as videos showing the progress. His communication and availability far exceeded my expectations. He has a keen eye for potential construction issues and a deep understanding of building codes that many other agents—and even some inspectors—might miss. Rich truly knows the critical phases of construction and when to schedule inspections, starting with the foundation and continuing beyond. I found Rich watching his YouTube videos & saw that he was very familiar with the areas I wanted to buy a home in.
