Castaway End unit Townhouse 5 Bedroom with Pool – 2271 sq ft
The Castaway at Windsor Cay is my favorite townhouse of all the models I have seen as a Realtor. it is spacious and has many bathrooms. The second floor has a great living room loft area that is central to the house. The first floor has a bedroom and bathroom when you walk in to the townhouse and a bathroom. The kitchen is close by and has a fantastic view of the pool. The pool is one of the best for a townhouse. Please see the video below.
Winstone 5 bedroom – 2,490 sq feet
Lakeshore 5 bedroom – 2587 sq ft
The Lakeshore is another favorite and the kind of house I would like to live in all year. The bedroom on the first floor goes out to the pool and screened in enclosure. The second floor living room loft is centralized. to the other 4 bedrooms. I also appreciate the exterior styling. See video below.
Hideaway 6 bedroom – 3117 sq ft
The Hideaway at Windsor Cay is almost the same floorplan as the Seashore. The difference is on the second floor where the large closet is swapped out for the bedroom. See both videos of the Hideway then Seashore.

When my customers asked for a large and spacious house the Baymont was always great to show. I love how spacious it is. even compared to the clearwater model below.
