I highly recommend Rich Noto for anyone considering a new construction home. The process of buying a new build requires an agent who not only understands the sales transaction but, more importantly, knows the ins and outs of the construction process. Rich was a fantastic advocate throughout my build, especially since I was relocating from Pennsylvania to Florida. While living states away, he made detailed videos of defects found during various inspections, as well as videos showing the progress. His communication and availability far exceeded my expectations. He has a keen eye for potential construction issues and a deep understanding of building codes that many other agents—and even some inspectors—might miss. Rich truly knows the critical phases of construction and when to schedule inspections, starting with the foundation and continuing beyond. He understands the tricks builders use to hide problems and knows exactly how to advocate for his clients. When my builder's construction manager was missing items and failing to resolve issues, Rich stepped in, met with the builder face-to-face, and got everything resolved. He was the keystone that held the entire process together.

I found Rich watching his YouTube videos & saw that he was very familiar with the areas I wanted to buy a home in. What makes him stand out from other realtors are the countless of certifications he obtained & his eyes for seeing the quality of new construction homes. He & I visited the home a few times & he pointed out the things I need to make sure won't cause me issues in the future. I learned a lot from him.
